At the Beach, Presque Isle

Last Friday we went to Presque Isle.  It was a little chilly, but a great day overall.
The park was fairly empty of people.  Animals on the other hand …

In our initial drive through the park, we saw a deer.  Very close to the road, however, no time for a picture.

We saw lots of birds, in and around the water, as well as in the trees and shrubs.

Very few shells on the sandy beach, lots of interesting rocks.

We had a tasty lunch at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center. In addition to the beautiful views outdoors, the art inside the building was inspiring.
