Solar Applesauce

6 to 8 Apples – Chopped into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup Water

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Cloves

1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

3 tablespoons Sugar

Put all of the ingredients into the pan.
Cook for 5 to 6 hours in the solar cooker.

Remove from cooker and stir in

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 tablespoon Butter

Enjoy warm or cold.
