6 to 8 Apples – Chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup Water
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Cloves
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
3 tablespoons Sugar
Put all of the ingredients into the pan.
Cook for 5 to 6 hours in the solar cooker.
Remove from cooker and stir in
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Butter
Enjoy warm or cold.

The new arrangements of The Champagne Polka by Charles d’Albert are now available. The polka can be played by piano duo, string quartet, or cello quartet. It is a fun, effervescent piece that would be good for recitals, weddings, or celebrations.
